Canceling a Reservation
If you create a reservation using the Hummingbird app in error or that you no longer need, it is good practice to cancel the reservation and free the space up for other employees.

Access the Hummingbird app. Your upcoming reservations display directly on the Home screen. If your reservation is not for the current day, tap the See All link in the top-right corner of the screen to view all upcoming reservations. The All Reservations screen displays, where you can select reservations scheduled for future dates.

Tap the reservation you want to cancel. The reservation record displays on screen.

Tap the Cancel button at the bottom of the screen. A confirmation window displays, where you can confirm that the reservation should be canceled.

Tap the Yes button on the confirmation window to cancel the reservation. Your reservation is canceled and the Hummingbird Home screen displays.
