Move Costs can now trigger Move Approval workflow - 2021 March

Move project costs can now trigger approval workflows in the Move Module if the costs meet a configurable threshold. This enhancement to the Advanced Move Approvals engine gives enterprise customers greater ability to track move projects and control the approval routing through their organization.  

Organizations may determine that certain move projects require approval from managers, process owners, or organizational representatives before execution due to cost constraints. We recently added Move Cost types, which admins can use to define and estimate per-unit costs of moving an employee. Using these costs to trigger approval workflows gives stakeholders another parameter to properly manage and prioritize move projects. 

Admins will need to enable Advanced Move Approvals and create Move Cost types in order to use move cost approval triggers.
