Import Forms

The Import Forms section allows you to upload and update batches of forms and add them to a product. 

 

Note: You must have administrator privileges to perform any of these options.

The following table describes the major sections of the screen. 

Field

Description

Center (drop-down)

This drop-down allows you to select a specific center.

Choose zip file

Allows you to upload a form.

Copy Product

Allows you to select the copy product from the list of available drop-down options. This field can be edited in Copy Product.

Copy Item Category

Allows you to select the copy item category from the list of available drop-down options. This field can be edited in Copy Item.

Remove all existing forms checkbox

Allows you to remove all existing forms that had previously been uploaded.

 

Note: When you click the Remove all existing forms checkbox, a confirmation window appears that asks if you are sure you want to continue. You can accept (yes) or decline (no). 

Importing a Form

In order to import a form, perform the following steps:

  1. From the Import a Form screen (Admin>Copy>Import Forms), click the Choose File icon. A window opens where you can specify which file to upload. 

  2. Select the Copy Product from the available options in the drop-down field.

  3. Select the Copy Item Category from the available options in the drop-down field. If you do not see the Item Category you want, you can create an Item Category.

  4. If you want to remove all existing forms, click the Remove all existing forms checkbox. Otherwise, click the Submit button.
