Products
The Products section allows you to view and/or Modify Copy Jobs.
Note: You must have administrator privileges to perform any of these options.

The following table describes the major sections of the window.
Field | Description |
[add product] | Allows you to add a product. |
Search Field | Allows you to select the type of search field from the following options:

Contains (+)(-) | Allows you to add or remove search criteria. |
Search button | Allows you to initiate a search. |
Product Category | Allows you to view the products by product category. |
Product Description | Allows you to view the product description for the product. |
Items Assigned | Allows you to view the number of items assigned to the product category. |
Sort Order | Allows you to determine the sort order (e.g. 1, 2, 3, etc.). |
Active | Allows you to determine whether or not the product is active or not. |
Actions | Allows you to perform certain actions to products (e.g. edit). |
(edit) | Allows you to select and edit a specific product. |
Editing a Product
In order to edit a product, perform the following steps:

From the Products screen (Admin>Copy>Products), click the (edit) link on the product you want to edit. The Edit Product screen opens.

Make any changes to your product and click the Apply button.

Click the OK button to save your product updates and return to the Products screen.
Adding a Product
In order to add a product, perform the following steps:

From the Products screen (Admin>Copy>Products), click the [add product] link in the upper right-hand side of the screen. The Add Product screen opens.

Enter the Product Category in the drop-down field.

Enter the Product Description.

Enter the Extended Product Description (if applicable).

Enter the Product Type in the drop-down field.

Click Apply.

Click OK. The new product has been saved and added.
