Warning Codes
The Warning Codes section allows you to view and/or modify late warning codes.
Note: You must have administrator privileges to perform any of these options.

The following table describes the major sections of the screen.
| Field | Description |
| [add warning code] | Allows you to add a warning code. |
| Value (Minutes) | Allows you to view the warning code value in minutes. |
| Description | Provides a description of the Value field. |
| Sort Order | Allows you to view and edit the sort order of the available warning codes. |
| Active | Displays whether the warning code is active or not. |
| (edit) | Allows you to edit a warning code. |
Editing a Warning Code
In order to edit a warning code, perform the following steps:

From the Warning Code screen (Admin>Copy>Warning Codes), click the (edit) link on the warning code you want to edit. The Warning Code screen opens.

Edit the Value (Minutes) field.

Edit the value in the Description field.

Select whether the warning code is a default or not.

Select whether the warning code is active or not.
Adding a Warning Code
In order to add a warning code, perform the following steps:

From the Warning Code screen (Admin>Copy>Warning Codes), click the [add warning code] link. The Add Warning Code screen opens.

Enter your value in the Value (Minutes) field.

Enter your value in the Description field.

Select whether this warning code is a default setting or not.

Click the Add button to add this warning code.
