To make administrative changes in the Reservations module, you need to have appropriate permissions.
- Navigate to Admin > Reservations and the Reservations menu displays.
The Reservations menu lets you navigate to the following:
- Preferences - This contains the reservation settings. See Edit Reservation Preferences.
- Promo Content - This is where you manage the content promotions on the mobile app. See Add Promo Content for Hummingbird.
- Reservation Rules - This where the reservation rules are set up. See Set up the Reservation Rules.
Also, before an employee can reserve a space it must be reservable. The Space module is where the space can be made reservable. See Set up a Reservable Space.
