The process of reviewing the Org Unit Hierarchy data is part of the Serraview implementation. Ongoing, the Client is responsible to keep this Org Unit Hierarchy maintained.

After the file has been provided to Serraview and imported, you must check your Org Unit Hierarchy data.

Validation via Reporting

Now that the information resides in Serraview, it will be also available to you in report format.

Organizational Hierarchy can be validated by running 49 Org Unit Hierarchy Report which shows all the complete roll-up of all business units.

In System Validation

The org hierarchy becomes available post import for validation in the Admin module.

Navigate to Admin Settings.
Select Reference Data > Org Hierarchy.
Click the arrow icon to expand the Org Units to check they have been imported correctly.
