View and action a work order for ServiceNow

You can view and action a ServiceNow service request in Serraview.
  1. Navigation to Service Requests.
  2. Open a request to display the service request.
  3. Click the ServiceNow Link to view it in Service Now.

The ServiceNow integration will populate the following fields from the ServiceNow service request into a Serraview service request:

  • Summary
  • Description
  • Service type ID
  • External Service ID
  • Status
  • Submitted date
  • Required by date
  • Created by ID
  • Org Unit
  • Change to Org Unit
  • Comments
  • File Attachment

When you update the Serraview service request the only the following fields will update in the ServiceNow service request:

  • Status
  • Comments
